Good interactions with the instructors . It would be best to get all required information in the first email as there was some confusion about class 3 requirements including air brake endorsement. But a good really great learning experience.

I had a great experience at Taylor Pro College. I had the pleasure of training with John who is an awesome instructor and Amber was so friendly throughout the entire process. They helped me feel confident on my road test and I successfully passed my class 4 unrestricted license. I would recommend Taylor Pro for all commercial driver training. Thanks again guys!

I just completed the Class 1 MELT program at the Vernon location, the Vernon team made it a great experience.<br />

I had Matthew Dutchak as an instructor for the theory and driving portions of the course. He was knowledgeable and patient, great at giving examples and breaking things down whenever required. Matt made things easy to digest and apply while driving.<br />

Matt and Robbie Williams were keen to provide industry insights at every opportunity. They made sure to emphasize safe practices and gave great examples to reinforce their importance.<br />

Completed my Class 1 through TaylorPro, Everyone working there is SUPER awesome, friendly and easy to talk to. Instructors are very flexible with hours and preferred style of training. Affordable options for all your driver training needs. Administrative staff are super friendly and helpful. Instructors were knowledgeable, patient and professional in the training. This is the worst driving school in this planet they taught me wrong rules and I failed my class 4 road test<br />
They have charge me 900 for 4 hours training and then van for road test<br />

I found the Instructors to be Very Patient and understanding. Very informative of your obligations to get what you want. And the whole Crew is instantly ready to correct any problems that might come about. I would go again, But, I already passed.

The training team at Taylor Pro in Kelowna are absolutely top-notch. I recommend them to anyone looking to complete the MELT program successfully. I had Leroy at the start teaching me the basics of the pre trip inspection and how to get through the outskirts and then into downtown Kelowna and then John for the last couple weeks smoothing out the rough edges (and there were many)😅<br />

I took the Air brakes course with Paul the instructor he was very personable and was always willing to answer any and all questions I learned so much in such a short period and Paul took his time and was able to break it all down and explain it he gave examples from his 40 years of experience which was super helpful to know possible situations I highly recommend Taylor Pro College specifically Paul as the instructor! Rhea was also super helpful and was able to answer all my questions beforehand such an amazing experience!

I took Class 4 unrestricted driver training with Taylor Pro and used their vehicle for the driving test and I really can't say enough about them. The training provided by Leroy and John was top drawer and their level of experience with all classes of license training was very helpful. On the day of the drivers test I forgot my wallet and ID in my personal vehicle and when I got to ICBC I was horrified to think I couldn't take the test after all the prep and time it took to get the test appointment. Anyhow, not to worry, John had a discussion with the ICBC Supervisor and instructor and they all arranged to delay my test window while Rhea from Taylor selflessly hopped in her car and drove to the ICBC test centre to pick up my keys, drove back to Taylor and returned with my wallet. Totally above and beyond customer service and all of that on top of the excellent training program. Highly recommend these folks!<br />

I just finished my Air Brakes course an Class 3 driving program with Taylor pro driving school. I want to thank everyone from Rhea in the office, Driving instructors Ben,John, an Leroy for teaching me every step of the way with no pressure an encouraging an knowledgeable I learnt so much in the 45 hour driving program I didn't think was possible from the pre-trip to shifting an driving position, An passed first try. I had a great experience at Taylor Pro College. Ben was my instructor and he was excellent — patient, knowledgeable, and really good at explaining things clearly. I came in nervous and with no experience driving a standard transmission or shifting at all, but they broke everything down in a way that made it manageable and built my confidence quickly.<br />

The training was solid and well structured, and I ended up passing my class 3 road test on the first try. I’d definitely recommend Taylor Pro to anyone looking to get properly trained and feel confident behind the wheel.

Taylor Pro is challenging some of the preconceptions of drivers education by doing things not just right, but exceptional.<br />
Many schools teach on old trucks that on their last legs of life, or with instructors that are past their prime and are there for the paycheck.<br />
Not so at this place<br />
Taylor Pro uses modern trucks and from what I learned in my time there, buys and sells frequently to keep their fleet modern, relevant and in fantastic repair.<br />
The people are what set this place apart.<br />
Your first calls you'll conversation with Rhea. Powerful force to be reckoned with that brings energ and enthusiasm, the embodiment of strong women in the workforce.<br />
John was my primary instructor with years of experience. He makes the learning curve relatable, sometimes straightforward observations, often more subtle suggestions.<br />
I also had the opportunity to drive and learn from Ben and Leroy. Both have years of driving and teaching, patience and awareness. Ben brings energy and enthusiasm, along with a multitude of teaching techniques to learning curve to make it relatable.<br />

At Taylor Pro, they're not teaching you to pass an ICBC road test. You're learning to drive as a safe, competent operator in real life. That philosophy translates to real world success.

What a great school ! Just finished my class one and it was a great experience from start to finish. From getting started and booking a start date , financing made easy. Completed my Class 1 with this great group of teachers. The office staff are also a pleasure. MELT theory was always correlated back to real-world examples (Louie). The driving instructors (Aaron, Greg, Mike, Vlad) were all very patient and willing to share any industry information you want to know. They don't teach you how to pass ICBC's test - they teach you how to drive correctly, as well as other inyard maneuvers, to prepare you for working in the industry. Passing ICBC will become a formality.

Taylor Pro provides top notch instructors for every student. I was lucky to get Mike and also Myron, they attain only the best instructors both were very professional and knowledgeable. Went for the Class 3 and thanks to Taylor Pro I passed with flying colours. They care about the students success first and foremost, which is something you don’t see everyday.

All of the instructors and staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout the course. Day 1 it felt like a lot, but through the week and a half course (For Class 3) I was able to get through the pre-trip and road test on the first try. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Amazing school! I had Aaron as my teacher and he was amazing, very patient, funny. Took the time to know me as his student and taught me based on my personality, boosted my confidence. All the staff are friendly, funny. Highly recommend this school to everyone.

I went thru pro's training twice, once for my class 4 again 3 years later for my class 2. Also did an airbrakes course thru them, which I went in knowing almost nothing about and was impressed by how practical, visual and useful the course was. The Instructors I had were very patient and encouraging. You'll leave with a solid pre-trip routine, refreshed and cleaned up on your on the road rules& driving with mindset of professional. With Class 4 your driving a 15 passenger van, I think for 2 days of instruction inc/ icbc road test. Class 2 is 5 days of instruction with a manual transmission 79 passenger school bus that will prepare you to handle most buses in the real world:) Training inculdes a pre-booked icbc road test with the use of the vehicle you trained in. Its pretty easy to think getting your class 4 license will be no big deal, but that is deceptive, just trust me, invest and do the training. It clarifies any bad habits improves your skills, boosts your confidence and the money you spend having to rent & gas a vehicle of proper size out of your own pocket for the test is not much cheaper than going thru the school.

The instructors at Taylor Pro are, by far, amazing to say the least. Kelly and Arnie definitely know their trade and both really try to teach everything you need to know about driving. Both actually care about your progression from driving a car to a large tractor trailer. They are also very calm and friendly. I can't say thanks enough for the whole team at Taylor Pro for teaching me and getting me ready to take on the road. Thanks!

My experience was at the surrey school class was fun and I learned alot, disappointed they shut down the surrey location, however I am also disappointed that since I can't find my card I need for the written test I've been told that they will look me up. It's been a month now, I'll probably have to take the course again. They should be keeping information accessible to the students even after closing a location

If you are like me and know/knew absolutely nothing about tractor trailer driving, Taylor Pro training will help you be successful in achieving your licence. The instruction was excellent - Paul was awesome as an instructor but all of them are great. The core program is perfect and they easily can adjust to your needs. I am VERY thankful I used Taylor Pro to get my class 1 license.
