This program trains drivers in the correct and safe method of operating Class Four Unrestricted vehicles with a maximum seating capacity of 25 persons including the driver. This includes 3 lessons that are 3 hours in length and the 4-hour road test.

- Defensive Driving Techniques
- Railroad Crossing Procedures
- Use of our vehicle for the ICBC Class 4 Unrestricted Road Test
Admission Requirements
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Meet ICBC Medical Fitness and Vision Standards
- Valid Class 4 Unrestricted Learners’ License
- Copy of Current Drivers’ Abstract
