This diploma program focuses on preparing you to effectively manage the organizational and administrative responsibilities in an office setting. You will learn to communicate effectively and collaborate in a business environment and use information technologies to engage in effective decision-making.
Upon successful completion of this program, the student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:
- Effectively apply the Microsoft Office Suite in an office administration environment.
- Describe and apply bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Perform basic business transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and balance and income statements.
- Apply basic interpersonal communication skills effectively in administrative settings.
- Research, organize, and create business information collateral across a wide variety of delivery vehicles.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the roles and responsibilities of personnel in a business.
- Organize, classify, and retrieve physical and digital records efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate events, demonstrating proficiency in budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and participant engagement.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations using appropriate visual aids, and engage diverse audiences through effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
- Analyze business data, interpret key metrics, and apply analytical tools to make data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes.
- Implement office procedures for effective workflow, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a professional work environment.
- Explain foundational principles across customer service, data systems, legal frameworks, and digital tools in office administration.
- Apply communication techniques, database functions, and office technology tools to real-world business scenarios.
- Analyze legal cases, service interactions, and data reports to improve administrative decision-making.

1. Basic Requirements
- Applicants must provide a valid Govt. photo ID or birth certificate
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Age: 19 years.
- Mature Students (19+ without high school diploma): May be considered based on work experience, resume, transcripts, and references. An interview may be required.
2. English Language Proficiency
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Minimum scores from accepted English tests (e.g., IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 46, Duolingo 95, etc.).
- Recent English proficiency test (within 2 years).
- Proof of English-language education:
- 2–3 years of secondary or post-secondary education completed in English in eligible countries.
- International credentials must be recognized by WES, ICES, or IQAS.

To successfully complete the program, students must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Achieve a minimum grade of 50% on each course’s final examination/presentation
- Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% for all scheduled courses
- Obtain a minimum overall grade of 70% in each course to pass

The program is delivered in English. The program will employ an In-class or Distance or Combined lecture delivery format. There is no mandatory homework; however, it is recommended that you review daily lectures and exercises completed.
