Upon successful completion of this program, the student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:
- Effectively apply the Microsoft Office Suite in a business environment.
- Describe and apply bookkeeping standards and principles.
- Analyze an income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow.
- Apply basic communication forms effectively and confidently in practical business situations.
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of management processes such as hiring, business planning, budgeting.
- Distinguish between marketing and sales and identify trends that are affecting business.
- Apply design thinking to develop innovative, user-centered business solutions.
- Apply the principles of Design Thinking to identify business challenges, generate innovative solutions, and prototype ideas that address customer needs and create business value.
Admission Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
- Applicants must provide a valid Govt. photo ID or birth certificate
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Age: 19 years.
- Mature Students (19+ without high school diploma): May be considered based on work experience, resume, transcripts, and references. An interview may be required.
- Minimum scores from accepted English tests (e.g., IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 46, Duolingo 95, etc.).
- Recent English proficiency test (within 2 years).
- Proof of English-language education:
- 2–3 years of secondary or post-secondary education completed in English in eligible countries.
- International credentials must be recognized by WES, ICES, or IQAS.
Completion Requirements
To successfully complete the program, students must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Achieve a minimum grade of 50% on each course’s final examination
- Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% for all scheduled courses
- Obtain a minimum overall grade of 70% in each course to pass
